DEA and the status of CBD
Recently, the DEA sent a letter to the Cannabist.co of all places, going into detail about their stance on the highly controversial substance, cannabidiol. Why they didn't officially post their opinion on their own website, it seems like they used a third party to relay their message.
DEA raids have been noted all throughout the United States, it seems like they're specifically targeting hemp farms in states that do not have regulations set in place to monitor the status of active industrial hemp fields.
However, people have not given up hope and we highly doubt they will. CBD isn't a drug and there aren't any psychoactive properties that have been found in this compound.
